Meet the Doctor

Dr. Mak graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Toronto in 2003.  She enjoys helping people from all cultures.  Dr. Mak has served in a First Nations community in northern Manitoba for a year upon graduation and has also served as a civilian dentist with the Canadian Forces.  She is fluent in Cantonese, conversational in Mandarin and speaks some French.  Dr. Mak strives to help her patients feel comfortable and well cared for in the chair.  She is certified to provide nitrous oxide sedation (laughing gas) for anxious patients.  She is happy to have been a part of the great team at Jackson Square Dental Centre for the past 18+ years!
